Advance the welfare of Iraqi society, especially women and children, through education and improved health services with the aim of creating a new civil society.
Recruit and train local manpower to serve the local needs provided by Hope Medical Enterprises (HME) to governmental and non-governmental organizations.
Develop a network of small businesses run and operated by women. This will be achieved through offering training courses to local women and help them overcome the unique obstacles they encounter in the world of business.
Work at the local level to compliment the medical services offered by providing training and basic education to the medical and primary care community. These services will be provided through the training of local staff with the aim of creating self-sufficient organizations within a few years, through the private sector or in partnership with the local government.
